TDI is a multifamily investment and operating company owned by Bobby Page, Ron Ingram, and Brad Taylor, the former owners of JPI.

While at JPI, the team led the company to develop more than 120,000 apartment homes across 380 communities, representing $18 billion of value.

JPI’s multifamily housing business was acquired by Sumitomo Forestry America on November 30, 2023. The new venture will retain the JPI corporate name and logo and will continue to brand their future properties under the “Jefferson” name. In the sale, TDI retained 31 real estate projects with a total valuation of $3.7 billion.

TDI still receives the support from JPI in various services on our owned assets such as development, construction, and asset management.
